API access is paid, and the price for such amounts of users which access the service without any direct payment is enormous, putting Arena.AI in a constant strain.
What I do not agree on is the way they're communicating all these events and the actions they're doing to mitigate the issue.
Direct removal isn't always the right choice, and graceful degradation could've been a better plan of action in my opinion.
