These captchas are only going to appear excessively if there is some kind of behavior we're detecting that's in the realm of uncertainty it's authetic use. Things like excessive use (multiple tabs), shared networks, possibly a browser extension that's creating some issue, etc. Sorry to say I don't have a solution I'd be able to recommend. But if there is something that you're doing that makes the site think you're a bot that's likely what is causing this.
