Here are concerns:
They claimed that they have their own DataCenter, which would be very unrealistic considering they seem to be pretty fresh and building that takes a lot of time and they aren't even registered as a company seemingly. This would take a lot of resources and is unrealistic.
They seem to be trying to avert some criticism by outright stating confusing statements where one of their responses also got deemed as dismissing and confusing by their "own" AI.
They seem to be very new to the general market, looking at one of their LinkedIns and considering that it's a "company" / project only ran by 2 people with the same last name it's unreasonable to assume that they can create an own chip and an AI Model which can beat all of these large AI labs that have been well better established.
They have no real benchmarks yet still claim to be better than major labs and even unreleased models like Gemini 3 in their "internal tests" which could be anything.
They have no whitepapers published on their "revolutionary" work and they are generally not very transparent.
