Hi 👋 When plugging your phone, do you get a message asking to trust this computer ?

Disconnect your device. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. This will reset the prompt Fangen asked about. Connect your device again and you should get a prompt that asks if you trust this computer

On ipad or pc? I see no option for reset under general on either one

Mine Says transfer or reset iPad . It’s in the same spot your “ reset “ is

I shouldn’t do that right because it’s saying it will reset everything

So I did go ahead and hit reset location and it did . Plugging it back into the computer still no detection but it does charge

Yeah it still doesn’t work. Is it likely it is the cord ?

I mean I tried two different ones and I think they are pretty basic

Does you pc detect your device?

Like does it show up in file explorer
