Just want to add that I think its absolutely insane that EA didnt think of that
Hide it with a tree for now, maybe someone wants to make the new asset eventually
I put shrubs down with one side on top of the paths. Works for now but I’d like a path for my people to walk through the park some day.
Issue with extending it now is that everybody with this item in their towns will suddenly find it clipping into the objects next to it. Plus, the walls wouldn't work properly without a 1x1 wall being made too.

if someone could send over the source images for a path and the sign, I would be happy to give this a go

ack. this is more challenging that it seems. the sprite is split into multiple pieces. Even if I updated, someone needs to piece it back together in the game.
in theory, one only needs to stretch the sign and sharpen the result. I could do so, but someone will need to piece it together in the backend again.

just asking specifically for your role here. The thing is, for the arch to be split, clearly it is split for a reason
this may be something like, character sprites rendering on top of it properly
It may not be as simple as flattening it to a single asset and making the changes

I'll pause the zombie burger request, do this quick. I will use the split version however, just to seperate out the sign. I'll overlay it onto the provided image, then work on the two split pieces

out of curiosity, is there an image dump that is a bit better than the horrid system of using the sprite website? like a zip of all source textures? using the website just feels clunky as hell
They didnt have the full dlc with snow at the time
if there are any issues with snowless buildings or eversnow buildings, as a side note, feel free to pass those over after, I'd be happy to help there if not already sorted.
A zip of all images would probably be over 100gb if we included animations and such. We have an internal website with the sprites but currently only admins have access to it.
I have concerns with the road texture I have. it is not to size. I will need to eyeball it if I use it.
you can see, this is a corner. all fine, but there are flicks at both left and right
they aren't used, so it means they are likely bleed zones
and ofc if there is a bleed zone on 2 sides, likely there are on the other 2 as well.

roads are complicated, for now we dont have roads but you can send your file and we can resize in game so the roads pass through (is that what you want right)?
I need to expand the park sign by an extra unit. So, I kinda just need anything that is 4 units wide to use as a ruler.
then I can overlay the split assets over it, stretch just the sign texture, sharpen and touch it up, and return it.
if not a road, just, any 4 unit wide entity. ideally a cube of some kind

so would ther praiseland gate - that one aligns perfectly with paths

side note, just saw Dr Hotdog has a blank job at the world's largest toilet. a bug, if you've not caught it yet. getting the gate sorted!
