hi devs
I've been getting kick off the server after been in my town about 2 miminutes for a few days. I assume because there an event. I thought I should just ask just in case there someone that can be done about it.

I can get back in but when I buy something or send characters on a job I've got rredo it. It keeps happening.

Okay. You probably have to redo stuff because the game only saves every minute or so. But I'm more curious about the kicked off thing. How are you kicked off? Do you get an error screen or does the game just close?

When i get booted for the game it goes to the connect to server screen.

Error 13 is usually caused by general networking issues. Do you have issues with your internet?

no my internet is running fine. I haven't had any issues in along time.

I just turned my WiFi off and try to play on 4G and this came up

Weird. That error means its a networking issue. Are you connecting from Russia? It may help to try a VPN either way

causes -> fixes to error 13 are :

bad internet -> need a different internet provider, but you said you tried both wifi and 4g unsuccesfully
your wifi system blocking access to the game, example if you're using university wifi or if your whole country has restrictions -> need vpn

it's work before, I've have had this problem since the snow update. So I don't know why it would of stop working all of a sudden.

your internet isn't strong enough, either move closer to your wifi box, or if you're in 4g get closer to a window or somewhere that will make the signal stronger

also try closing your other internet consuming apps, also check if you're donwloading something, or if someone else is using internet intensively in your place

also some phones have a gaming feature to focus most of the internet on the current game and less on actualising every other app
