So I just lost my account in a very stupid way. I logged out of my account and played as anonymous and I got into some random account then I wanted to log in in my account but I did it differently I clicked the button for friends and from there I got to the friends menu and I got an option to log in and I did that but now I'm not with my account I'm with the other account (the random one) and even if I log out of it and log in again I'm still in it.

what bugs me is how things got to this. I tried to replicate the bug but I cannot :
I have used a town save, moved a tree in front of House as marker, then disconnected, loaded the anon town, moved a car, closed the game, opened the game again and launched anon town that didn't save the moved car, then I went to friends menu and logged in from there just like you, but then it takes me to a loading screen to then the original town with the tree in front of House.
so I wonder what you did to get to your situation.
are you sure you've used the same email adress on the time that you played for a few days, and on the time that you logged in from the anon friends menu ?

Then I was playing some other games on my PC and I started the Simpsons tapped out but I was logged out (I think that's normal) I decided to only play it on my phone

for next times, if you want to play on several devices, make sure that in between each device change you go to https://ps-public.tsto.live/public_dashboard.html and export > delete > import , to refresh the save and prevent app cache data to mess with the server save
