Like ones with specific places where specific items characters buildings and decor could ONLY BE placed in. Like we had the squid port. But like Halloween area or christmas area or something something unique to where only those specific things can be placed in. If that makes sense

i'm pretty sure most ppl hate how some buildings can only be placed in SquidPort, and are very happy you aren't forced to place Krustyland stuff on Krustyland floor, and are very happy you can move Heights buildings elsewhere

would ruin the complete sandbox feeling, you're already free to make those "boxes" where you want

for starters, each new building and character, would need to be drawn and animated first.
are you willing to do all that?

you can get a maxed town if you want everything right now
rushing lands will get so many ppl stuck in quests that require to unlock land
