Attempted to log in just now and once the initial load screen has happend, I went to tap to load my town but noticed my username was correct in the bottom left corner but my level had reset to 1.
I tapped anyway to continue loading but then the game errors out after a while and doesn’t load. Have rebooted device etc
I’ll leave it a bit longer incase it sorts itself , if not will try a re-install and upload a backup
Just letting you know incase it’s a new thing or just an odd moment

Sorry! Someone had the same issue at the same time as you and they had not played it yet, so I just thought I had to ask lol

I'm having this same issue currently since the last update. Hoping it fixes itself

I logged in today and it reset my game. Killed it as quickly as I could but even my town hosted here has been reset to level 1. I am going to delete the game as I am not starting my game from scratch.
