I did, I also went threw all the tasks, I even went to other characters to try and find the tasks listed by the missing buttons... I will keep trying diffent things, maybe I have to do other tasks for it to appear eventually... I will look up the order of things and see, and get back to you...

other solution is download unicorn version, it has everything unlocked in the inventory, give yourself the thing and go back to your Taps version (unicorn is not meant to be played forever)

you can click forgotten password on the website, might be bothersome but simpler in the end if I can find the item or add it to the game for you, just enter the same email as you use ingame
