when trying to complete the first mission to do with the parade i get to lisas chatbox she gets through here dialouge to the point of repeating parade 3 times and then the game just crashes

I can't see anything that would cause it to crash though
Although the Parade Train and Parade Roller jobs are a lot more complicated than normal jobs
