Restricted to buildings in store in Unicorn

In the store of unicorn when I open the store menu I'm restricted to just buildings. I can't exit the buildings tab, it just closes the store menu. Cab play decorations or find characters. Really annoying and restricting.

Are you level 15 yet? You must be level 15 to unlock Unicorn mode...

Not yet. But I thought at least I would be able to place decorations and characters. Thanks anyway.

The taps version doesnt work for me. I launch it and it says that the game is not available.
