-Shaders (most likely bliss)
-Terrain gen mods (like tectonic or jjthunder)
-Distanr horizons/Voxy at 2000 chunks

Can run medium settings, otherwise the cpu means waiting a bit for chunks to load, like 20hrs minimum

if this is primarily around minecraft, i would recommend giving a bit more power to the cpu than gpu as it is more cpu intensive, and especially with those absurd render distances

Gpu is needed to actually draw the render distances

And cpu is needed to load the chunks

That is not true. Any pc can be upgraded.

The parts are not bad considering the price. If you only want it for minecraft and no games with crazy graphics, it will be able to meet your needs.
