I think pvp ranked is going to be great but i have a idea to improve it
First of all: the possibility to play on a singleplayer world while queued. this will normally not be a problem for the low tiered players but for tier 2's they have to wait long or play against a noob and it won't be fun

@desert copper As a side note, if you name the post something like "play singleplayer while in queue" instead of "a suggestion to include in pvp ranked" it makes it easier to see what the post is about.

@limber dock we can also expand it to servers that kick you automatically when your opponent gets found (bit risky to be on a server without any defence). Or if it's a friendly server you're playing on to not kick you because of afk farms

ffa servers are good for that, but it would be good to have our own where you expect opponents to be leaving all the time.

Otherwise we'd be essentially sabotaging stray/pvp legacy etc with users that leave all the time, which lowers the experience of their server and that isn't really fair
