the regions could be Singapore and Mumbai,India

both having high player count

this would especially matter in ping dependent gamemodes

It really depends on the person and your routing

i have the best routing in my region but even then my ping decreased a lot with exitlag

220ms to EU to 140-160

why tf are you defending so hard everyone knows that most SG servers(stary,catpvp,etc.) suck-tps drop and are often on maintenance and don't even have more than 100 players and although most Indian servers are cracked the players usually have premium acc.

if there is 2 for NA

then 2 for AS (which is 2x the size of NA) is required

and for obvious reasons, the IND/Pak playerbase would be more than SG
