Wait, I might have read something wrong on this, but... couldn't you just have the clan name where the rank used to be? If this is ranked, you should only be able to play against people of your rank right? So if you knew your own rank (which you should), then you know the other persons rank. There shouldn't be any LT4's vs LT3's or anything from my understanding, and if you are playing against people your skill level 99% of the time or whatever, then if you're playing a LT4, you are also LT4, or you wouldn't be fighting them. Am I mistaken? Why would we need the rank tag there at all? You know the gamemode you're playing, so you don't need an icon, and like I said, you know the rank/skill level you're playing at, so why do we need it at all? TL;DR: If we are the same skill level as the person we're playing against, why don't we just replace where the rank was on the name tag with the clan name. Sorry if I didn't group my ideas up clearly, that's not one of my strong suits.
