Hmm, I'm using ps5 controller which is set to steam input and All my key bindings for keyboard are still the same/default
I've only configured 3 buttons on the controller for journal, crouch and push to talk which is the following:
Interaction button - journal - J
Down D pad - Push to talk - V
R3 - Crouch - left control button
Other than that my bindings are default. So not sure if there would be something to do with me using controller or not. But I've never played keyboard as I've been a console player mostly.

So, its possible that its a controller bug / issue, the game doesn't have controller support which means its using steams native controller support... which doesnt always work correctly with some games, especially those built in UE. The problem seems to stem from a button mapping / placement issue when using a controller. Only way to really fix this I would assume is to add controller support at some time in the future

It can be, "basic functions" from what I know like movement and camera movement are supposedly "not overly hard" to implement, but when it comes to menu / settings navigation its somewhat harder to align / code everything
This is why steams controller support doesnt always work in a bunch of games.. they use a "general" system setting for controllers, where as a majority of games need the controller support to be coded specifically for their games so it works correctly

It fine, I cant say for 100% certain it is that, its just what it seems to be.. Very interested to see if you can replicate it with keyboard though. Ive tried many times myself and not managed to do it

Ok, that bit rate is a little low for 1080, try upping the bitrate to around 5000 for 1080, and if u drop to 720p then set bitrate to around 2500 - 3500
