#Noots walking through through walls

So basically I'm building a concentration camp for my noots right?, and somehow they keep getting through my walls (there are no holes and they can't jump over it). I managed to catch it on a video but the files too big so i'll provide a link. edit: it doesnt appear the be phasing, even after making the walls three blocks thick they still somehow get out
