I was fighting a fire cube and I died, the death music started to play but I was stuck on a black screen. I was pointerlocked, and pressing any button did nothing (including escape).

Device info:

CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X
GPU: AMD RX 7900 XTX
RAM: 96GB DDR5 (5600 mt/s)
Windows 11

I forgot to record a video of the incident, but I think that it explains itself anyways.
