Sustain pedal resets and audio cuts incorrectly after Alt+Tab

When using sustain in toggle mode, the application loses synchronization of the sustain state after losing window focus (Alt+Tab).

Upon returning to the app, the sustain state becomes inconsistent:

• The visual/uI state indicates sustain is off
• Internally, the toggle state appears out of sync

As a result, pressing the sustain key (space) once does not correctly toggle the state. I must press it twice to turn it on again.

Additionally, the audio is affected, and the notes are cut abruptly.

I’m mainly reporting this because the audio cut after Alt+Tab is very noticeable and annoying. I know someone already reported a similar issue, so if this is redundant, feel free to delete this post

qwerty seems fine now, but there’s still a bug with midi device

i sent it using midi and then qwerty

and for some reason after i press some keys my app get crashed

maybe u loaded an intense SF? hmm

i assume maybe i made the app less efficient and it crashed on lower end devices

can u select "Web Audio" in Settings > Sound - i accidentally released an unfinished feature

does it crash on the first midi note pressed, or only when it's intense

u using any looping code or enabled any MIDI Output in Settings > MIDI
