Bug Description:So ive created a new campaign to see what fixes have been made and i ran into this bug. I am only on day 6 and had this person come through, I saw nothing and let them into the block. when i wake up the next day, i get the notification that they had turned and killed other survivors. The undetected symptoms listed 0 though so i can only assume that something has bugged out.
How can the bug be re-created: im not sure
