**Bug Description**: I get the mathioscope for the first time and have to try it on the first survivor I let through. My checkpoint scanner goes off and I check using all the tools, except for the mathioscope, finding no symptoms including green ones. I use the mathio several times and only find green symptoms. When I let the survivor go to the survivor block i get a poor inspection. I have tried not marking the thread clusters and ocular helminth as i heard its bugged, still a poor inspection. I have restarted the day three times and get the same result.
**How can the bug be re-created**:no idea.

I’ve been having an issue of poor inspection with no idea how I did poorly after going through everything.
One note for you though, in the video you sent, you skipped through the 2nd layer/lens of the mathioscope. Maybe there’s something on that layer that isn’t on the others.

Not sure if it's relevant or coincidence but I have found that if i visually check the person with no tools out and just the flashlight on, i don't get this problem nearly as much.
