Hard lock on day 13 due to X-ray item already obtained.

**Game Version: 1.0.0.1211
Bug Description: Objective cannot be completed due to already having item in inventory at day start.
How can the bug be re-created: Not sure on a fresh save. I have restarted day, the game, and PC. Bug still persists.
Additional notes about the bug: I played out some of the day before, but had to stop playing for the irl day. Came back the next irl day to play, and could not proceed past this. Previously none of the survivors in queue were aggressive, now the first survivor always attacks.
