I also just got the cage and the game asked me to get the body and put in the cage but when I get to the cage nothing happens, I can't see any button to press and put the body there.

I just tested that in my bad run and my zombie in the cage definitely died without me manually feeding it, even when I had the autofeeder, so yeah, the autofeeder either doesn't work, or needs proper description, if you still need to feed them
