Bruised face man poor symptom inspection

For the bruised face man quest in day 8, the inspection of the bruised face man will always be poor, even if you marked the bruises on his face in the symptoms chart.

The bug can be recreated through normal gameplay I suppose? Because I reloaded the day multiple times and the bug repeated.

No additional notes or videos/screenshots are needed I think, as the bug is pretty straight forward.

I'm not sure how to fetch the logs if they are needed for this bug, so if needed ping me with the instructions of where to find them.

My game version is 1.0.1176, and here is the save file if it'll be needed

PC players can play the game both via Xbox GamePass and Steam, hence me asking the details 🙂

We need to narrow down issues that might be left by using not the latest update, so if you are on Steam, I'd really appreciate if you can update the game first.

If the issue still persists - I will make sure to forward the info to the rest of the team to look into this.

Updating the game might take some time for me 😅 but I suppose anyone with the game already updated can test this save and confirm if it still happens or not

I tested this issue on the new version and I can confirm that it does still happen
