X-Ray device not spawning

Bug Description: X-Ray device did not spawn, unable to complete the task. Only the gun spawned on this day/it spawned earlier and I picked it up just now
How can the bug be re-created: I am unsure, my first playthrough was fine. I am just trying to get the bad ending (skipping all voicelines etc.)

Turns out I am just blind 😂 Missed it because the game didn't show me the location, well hidden indeed!
