definitely not a minor bug imo, as it heavily impacts gameplay. you misdiagnose, don't get XP, they might turn and kill survivors, ergo you lose money which you need to progress

i mean i guess, it does affect gameplay but not significantly imo since i have only run into it with this guy in particular so far. If it happened repeatedly i would have marked it as a major bug.

Edit: sending the person to quarantine also results in excellent inspect. Meaning rn we can sent them to quarantine and then deal with them later to get both the cash and rp

Poor inspection might be resulted in wrong symptom mark.
Without marking any symptoms inspection is perfect

I have too many wrong inspections for it to be wrong symptom marks only. Some i might miss, but as mentioned before (don't know if it was here or under a different thread): I sure don't miss bite mark or puss running out of the nose with a mouth bleed

i found the same thing when playing around that day (ish) i found it was symptoms i hadnt unlocked yet in the lab (maybe best guess) after finding them all i started being able to get excells

unfortunately it's not the case for me. they don't show any symptoms, I get a poor inspection and then they turn in survivor block and kill others.
I can't send the asymptomatic ones to the lab, I mean I need healthy ones for the quota
