If you have the Game set to Windowed Fullscreen the Resolution is greyed out and you are not able to Change it to the Correct one

Thats normal

You can only change resolution in full screen, since if you are using borderless it uses your desktops resolution. Its like this in every game

My Desktop Resolution is 4k so it should default to that and im able to change it in all other games while using Windowed Fullscreen

Buddy, mine does it too. Its the value thats wrong, not the actual resolution. Your game is running in 4k

Because its not the norm to be able to change resolution with borderless fullscreen. Thats usually supersampling
