So this is a bit of a joke character based on the popular stream CaseOh. This would be more of an easter egg than a common character.
A large man with a blue hoodie in line. He sometimes asks questions about his wife dolores (if she is there or not). He can also tell you to shut up and threaten you. "Do you know who I am? I will have your job and put you on the streets with the zombies! You better respect me buddy." He might ask what's taking so long, complain he's hungry.
A random crash out if he get's angry (you send him to liquidation or holding)
