As the title says, the Squabble technique triggers on hit, preventing the Roll With It technique from triggering in the same instance of damage. As a result, you can go from Roll With It to being forced to take damage in order to be able to use Roll With It.
Consider the implications, for example, when you are faced with Defeat An Enemy By Getting Projected Onto Them, or more direly, when you have 1 hp and unexpectedly lose one of your defensive tools to Squabble.

Having considered it in the matter of squabble+, I'd be tempted to consider that one capable of triggering simultaneously with Roll With It.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my end but Roll with it was always procing and Squabble did not. What platform did you use and do you per chance have a video or fight code with the issue?
