"for his neutral special, he wields a gun" pull out a pistol and fire it, you can play it the safe route and hold down special to have a steady, slow firing pistol, but you can get a faster shooting speed by spam clicking, however if you spam click too fast your gun will recoil and shoot upwards instead, so you need to have a steady, quick click to put this ability to its best use, the closer you are to the enemy when firing, the farther they get knocked away to keep them at a distance. ammo is automatically reloaded when the move ends, you can cancel this move any time by simply not holding or clicking special

I do love these ideas, but I’ve created most of these already. Tumble launch is neutral air and dash attack, tumble wings will be aerial up special, side special is gonna be a command grab and down special is gonna be a projectile reflector which doubles as a counter using the Swiftbroom academy time hourglass

So is fraymakers, so is rivals of aether, it’s literally just a genre of game, platform fighter. There’s small differences but the selling point is the in game editor you can use to easily make characters

The character creation part? Yes. At first it’ll be quite difficult to learn the software, but comparatively to other “modding” programs, smack studio is very easy. There’s a learning curve for sure but after that it’s smooth sailing

It's by no means perfect or even up to all the requirements, but it's all I could do with the short amount of time I had

Also sorry for the pacing inconsistencies, I had to rush myself to get this done on time

Looks decent, like you said definitely not perfect. But, that's how we learn at the end of the day. Though, the main point is you captured the robotic movement style you where going for ( At least I think that's what you're going for ) and that's the great part.. I understand this is rushed.. but it would of helped the animation a little bit to make the animated movement a little quicker for the startup sequence of the robot.

But apart from that, the little quick movement of the head piece and the arms rotating is really nice, liked the addition of the character spinning that was a nice little feature to implement too.

Overall, keep up the great work, I'm sure it will get a good final score, and no matter what you get, just know the important thing is you made the effort some people don't even try and can't be bothered. So at least you made the effort to make something at the end of the day, and that's something to be proud of.

Sorry, for going on for ages, but when it comes to animation, and being an animater and artist myself, I just can't stay quiet I'm sorry. 🤣

I know this is off topic, so I'm just going to say this.. and drop the topic. So I don't get told off again by a certain someone, that has nothing better to do with there life than tell me off.. even though they're not a mod.. ha ha ha 🙄

When I started 3D animation, I used **"Source Filmmaker" **which yes, is buggy and crashes a lot.. but the interface is quick and simple to get a grip of, and after a couple of years, you develop some impressive skills in 3D space, and with those skills.. you then start shifting to "Blender" which is a little more complicated, but with the skills you already know with "SFM" you can transition nicely.. without feeling overwhelmed.. as long as you stick to what you already know, "Posing", "Lighting", "Staging" and "Animation" you should be fine, as you should never dive into something you don't know straight away, you should build your skills up. Then once you've learned "Blender" for a couple of years.. then shift to **"Maya" **as that's better for animation, as appose to "Blender's" spaghetti junction lookin "Graph editor" as it's neat and tidy.

This is advise to anyone that wants to create 3D animations for a** "College Course"** look for a college or university, that let's you pick the animation software you're familiar with.. or if they don't let you.. before thinking about signing up.. practice developing your skills so you don't feel overwhelmed.. learning "Maya" as your first step in "3D" is going to overcomplicate your mind.. so it's best to start with "Source Filmmaker" then "Blender" and gradually work yourself up the ladder. Trust me coming from a 3D artist myself and knowing a friend who is studying animation it's so much easier.

Anyhow, I've dragged this topic on for far too long, and I apologies for going off topic, but this is helpful information for those that need it. But anyways back to "REPO" as I need to shut up now..
