there's ambient music that the game plays sometimes, and then there are horror stingers that play when you see an enemy
there's also ambient sound effects that play at random
ambient music and ambient sounds have nothing to do with enemy spawns and are just there for horror flavor

some enemies also make noises on their own, like Robe who does a wailing sound randomly (cuz she's bored or smth idk)
