Starts are nice too, just very common

it depends on your preferences, but I usually go for
-at least 1 health upgrade
-strength if i can help it, i usually stick to around 6 or 8 strength because anything past that, it just gets too expensive
-just 1 tumble wings and tumble launch upgrade since further upgrades don't help that much
-stamina-based upgrades are helpful but they're low-priority for me

then tumble climb, map upgrade, and death head for upgrade blocking
