Hmm... Honestly levels up to 10 are alright you just need to be well equipped.
Strength is pretty much the go to but you can also use drones to help do what strength does also.

Guns are pretty essential if you don't have strength also.

The regular pistol (Gun) is perfect honestly

the taxman takes the quota amount and leaves the surplus for you to take.

so that sounds about right, you put in about $14k and got about $1k back, that's the surplus.

final extraction you won't get a money bag, the surplus becomes shop funds instead. so your surplus gets extracted with the rest and then you can shop after you make it back to the truck.
