The way you revive people is the same not changed.
Just take a head to the extraction and when its complete it revives your friend or take them to the truck when you are done with all extractions.

"RepoLib" is currently being worked on by the developers. It will take a long time though, as they have to re-write a lot of the logic.. as this mod houses 80% of all mods for R.E.P.O like "Custom Valuables, mechanics, weapons, and levels.. and generally impressive logic" Most of the code has to be rewritten to match with the new update for R.E.P.O, but also.. they have to test all custom assets.. to make sure everything is working as intended for the custom mods, that add their own assets.

Once RepoLib is updated.. all mods that use it as a dependency, also have to update their mods too, for it all to work. Nobody knows exactly when it will be finished.. Just give the developers time, and it will be in your hands before you know it.
