Lethal suffers a few problems, like monsters being insanely hard to deal with, you have to carry a couple things at a time (worse if it’s only big items that take up your entire inventory) and if your teammate dies mid game you can’t revive them

in Steam if you go to library > downloads, is there anything there?
if not, you can try switching between Beta and regular versions to see if it'll kickstart something, or verify game files, or redownload the game.
if none of that works... sometimes people get stuck on v0.1.2 and it's a Steam issue that requires a Steam reinstall. there's a chance that'll fix it as well.
