so having those ketones in my body, ig made me pee them out, and that was the worst part. I had to use the bathroom, no exaggeration, once every half hour. I was seeing weird things from the video games I was playing at the time, and it got to the point where I couldn't tell if I was in reality, or a dream. I do NOT recommend ever going through something like this, it was genuinely terrifying.

Had it for years without realizing that's what it was until I finally saw a doctor about it last year because I kept getting tachycardia and heart palpitations.
