More effective against smaller enemies but less effective against bigger. The further into a save you go the less of an issue small enemies are as you can pick them up, no need to waste energy charging a staff to kill small enemies.

if you hit an enemy it consumes a bar and the battery goes from 100% to 90%

also neat side fact

if you hit any physics object, 2.5% is drained from the battery (though this isnt visually reflected since one bar is 10%)

but if you hit an enemy then it would round down to the next bar which would take TWO BARS of battery just because you hit an object before an enemy

so like if you started at 60% -> hit an object making it 57.5% -> hit an enemy making it 47.5% which would then round down to 40%

it does, but defibro struggles since your head is moving around fast
if your head doesn't land on a surface and keeps bouncing around in a pit, then defibro revives you but warps you to the truck

with the cosmetic update, was there changes to proximity sounds/how sounds travel in general? we can no longer can hear each other very well when we turn slightly away from each other, and monsters now can’t be heard if they are out of our direct sight
