it can work without level 5, there would be technically 2 access points. You have the rope which just lugs items up high elevations quicker than you are to carry one yourself without damaging it, and you have the option still lug an object or just double it up, use the rope for 1 item to get to the top, use ur self, for a different item at the same time.

idk if you guys mess around with the settings when playing repo but Ive just found a setting thats poorly implemented in the game. Its the gamma setting. Turn it all the way down, the game is pitch black and you cant even see your own flashlight's light source. Turn it all the way up, you see everything from a mile away. Theres also a sort of similar but still related issue with light sources de-loading the light source when crouched or even a small distance away. All of this can be replicated if anyone wants to try it out. Its literally changing the gamma setting all the way down or up to see the result in levels.

Im still tryna figure out what brightness settings actually look decent enough for a true immersive gameplay experience. Gamma seems to act very weird in the game and the way the visuals of the game looks, doesnt help it either. gamma at 20, starts to make things just visible enough to be able to make it through the level without a problem but at 30, its far too bright at that point, i tried 25 and yet again. gets some brightness sources correct but still awful on some others. That 5 gamma difference, goes from barely bright to being the standard brightness level which is too bright for immersion and your flashlight still suffers

seems like for immersion, just as long as you have bloom on, light distance maxed and gamma at 25, it seems to be perfectly fine then. Shadow quality, distance and other stuff becomes very optional.

was playing repo with my friends, kinda goofing around, it was swiftbroom academy, i threw a bluish potion at a skull that made an anti gravity field for a bit; a pendant was underneath the skull when the field deactivated, and the skull got absorbed into the pendant/sealed away in the pendant without leaving behind anything (no orb)

stuff like the grammaphone and that one rhino display case i feel should be classed as large but be valued as a medium. The reason for that is that its shape is rather an inconvenience when putting many things in the cart or the extraction. You have to start micromanaging them which you only really do with larger items.

if you have speed and lots of stamina, eventually you should try to apply using weak mode more, since the cart is much slower if on strong mode and if you run around. With weak mode you can run a lot faster and also lift the weak up and down

A prison map would be nice in the next update since it's mostly connected to the lore, where Taxman executes disobedient semibots and they we're left to rot for ages

Like the Museum, the prison itself has it's own graffiti warning saying that there are some tips on how to deal with the monsters from the Monster update, plus about the history of Taxman's executions to the semibots

Take Mob of the Dead as an example, if y'all played BO2 Zombies before. We take that as an idea but for R.E.P.O. related. Mob of the Dead has tons of areas inside the prison: The Cafeteria, the Infirmary, the Jail Cells (C-D Street, D-Block, Michigan Avenue), the Warden's Office, and the Administration Building. The outside parts of the prison will be heavily guarded by watchtowers, which will instantly shoot you and take 100 damage if you step into the spotlight. Very similar to the Oogly.

in multiplayer its great, but solo its kinda iffy

In regards to upgrades, how do you plan when playing multiplayer? Like in solo I go for Strength > Health > Stamina, getting one extra jump whenever it is available. Do you "split" when playing with others? So have someone go for Strength, someone else go for Stamina/Speed etc.? Cause moneywise it is not possible to do it the same way as in solo mode

i can't give any specific tips but in my current 20+ save i keep a tranq, indestructible drone, and defibro in my inventory for emergencies
then i put a boltzap, gun, recharge drone, and 100 health pack in the cart for backup gear

then go for all the large valuables and cosmetic boxes if i can and mostly ignore smaller valuables unless they're convenient. works pretty well so far
for upgrades i keep myself at 13 strength since any more is overkill and wasted money, and keep a tumble wings, tumble launch, and tumble grab in the truck to upgrade block (i've already consumed 1 of each since that's all you need to make them really useful)
then a bunch of stamina and speed upgrades and max range (8) and more upgrade blocking with 3 unconsumed ranged upgrades in the truck

whilst standing up, grab range is capped at 7.5 upgrades, so pretty much 8 upgrades
whilst tumbled and with the tumble climb, tumble climb range is unlimited if you have the range upgrades
