Hes annoying rather than purely deadly

I actually found the issue too, its not the fixer form omni nor MoreShopItems but the original using the "wrong" Item Type for the weapons causing them to spawn glitched in the shelves which lets the game physic and audio freak out

so it was an issue since day one of the original mod echohold releasing and somehow nobody reported it to me or the author of echohold
