The more upgrades you have, the less likely the shop will give you the ones you want.. There's only one shelf currently for upgrades.

Because the Upgrade pool is so big.. there's still a luck of the draw if you get an upgrade that's useful.. or one that's not really.. The upgrades are good we have so far.. but adding more, would require more shop space probably to fit everything.. so it's ballanced with the shop for upgrades.

Using your grabber is what makes tick latch onto you. You don't want to hit it with an item. It doesn't aggro for you tumbling at it though
