I use the photon blaster and shot gun to deal with monsters. Usually two hits straight on from the photon blaster can knock out loom. Be sure to have the recharge drone as well for the bigger maps. Those two don’t have as much energy as a regular gun does but they pack quite the punch

ye, my plan is (getting close to that point) ignore small valuables other than medium or heavy sized valuables and carry on cart items, drone included since thankfully it does not get destroyed in extract (unless on edge)

so you can kill spewer with like, 2-3 hits

and remember, DO NOT try to hit the duck with an valuable

keep it to small enemies only

for big enemies, its better to just find something that explodes

then try to not use valuables if you can (like for huntsman or clown who can be killed without anything, same for most of the tier 2s if you get any, most can be tumblestunned)

otherwise try to always sneak up and get a first hit to stun them, though honestly if i dont get a preferable enemy on lv1 (like trudge or shadow child or gnomes) then id just reset

how huntsman and clown?

huntsman can be tripped by grabbing him, looking straight up, jumping, and releasing grab at the peak of your jump. just bait a shot first then trip him, drag him around on the ground a bit for damage before he gets back up, rinse and repeat to kill.

clown requires at least 86HP to pull off. bait his kick, jump over it, then quickly tumble into him and get back up before he can kick again. repeat 16 more times to kill.
