Not even remotely. Most people aren't interested in 20 runs which is why there's only 1 solo on the board. With good movement sub 2 hour is definitely feasible, probably even on bad seeds especially if you shop skip (kinda becomes useless at a point too).

Best way to use it is by wielding it as a “thrusting” weapon by scrolling outwards as soon as you pull it out. Pretty much guarantees a hit
