If someone ever needs help as mentioned in the faqs they can always ping them.
If people ask for help without pinging or dming semimail then there isn't much we can do unless we randomly come across the message.
We do kindly ask people to ping a helper or refer people to semimail if you see someone in need.

Just remember testers, beta role havers and boosters are not the moderation team.
