Health is ALWAYS a must

strength is good for if you plan on being the "carrier of heavy items" person of the group; sometimes if you're coordinated enough with your group you can split upgrades but that's hard-ish to do

Stamina, crouch rest, and sprint speed are solid

tumble launch and tumble wings are FANTASTIC if you're good at doing the tumble launch tech (which is sprint->crouch->jump->tumble in quick succession for a larger boost)

tumble climb, map upgrade, and death head battery are very niche, but the map upgrade can help if you're good at surviving and want to know if someone died at a glance of your map

but these are based on my own personal opinion, mess around with them if you wish. make your own playstyle

In game just go into settings and then the audio option in there there will be an option to change mic volune.

One of the funniest things to happen in this game is watching Huntsman walk up a stairway just for him to trip down and nearly kill himself

singleplayer removes most multiplayer features, like TTS, speaking through a mic, or eye expressions. the pros are that it doesn't create a server (duh) and you can hop straight into a game

I don't know ALL the differences but those are the ones that come to mind

hi i still don't fully understand how energy works in this game, does 1 shot of the shotgun costs as much energy as on shot of the gun or does recharging an empty shotgun needs as much energy as recharging an empty gun?

1 crystal = 1 energy bar of an item

In the truck’s recharger, this is represented by the little yellow “blocks”. Some items consume more energy than others. That’s why there are fewer and larger energy blocks on some items, they’re consuming more energy

Technically Sledge Hammer given it has many charges.
It does high damage.
It doesn't make sound when in use, which both doesn't attract monsters nor does it contribute to making their respawn time shortening.

But practical it can be tricky to use if you don't know how to use it efficiently enough.

i recommend sledge but if melee is hard for you use gun shotgun or photon

I personally prefer Shotgun and Gun. But that's just my preference xD

plus sledge does struggle against groups of enemies of you need to kill them quickly

Oh and with efficient it's talking about pulling out the sledge hammer in front of the monster and putting it right back into your slot, without the need to swing it.

you need the correct distance with the enemy for this to work properly (which I am not consistent enough to pull off each time)

using more than 1 sledge hit against most t3s makes it the same effeciency as shotgun

Also another tip: Pocket Cart + Cart Cannon can one punch Loom; which Shotgun, Photon and Sledge cannot do.

Cart cannon also has AoE, so if there are 2 or more Looms "together" you can get both with just one Cart Cannon shot
