the most reliable way ive found is to tumble into it before it gets a chance, it only has 10 health before it sucks anyone (pause) so you can insta-kill it with a tumble

its tricky to tumble or slam it after it grabs you since its constantly regaining health so its better to deal with the problem before it becomes a problem

Despite ping, it's surprising how smooth the game is. Like if I compensate for the delay in my movements it usually works quite well.

You can only really tell it’s lagging when you pick up an item and it’s very slight

However they optimized it they did it well

On 200ms there is noticable lag, but it's always consistent

So I can consistently compensate by doing actions ahead of time

I’m 100 ms using a hotspot with 2 metal roofs above me so the fact that it’s not obliterating me with lag is already impressive

Unlike most games that have really inconsistent pings and flip between being really responsive and unplayable like a metronome
