Hello, has anyone else been having issues after the update?

Anytime I try to host or join a lobby, my ping (US-East) jumps to 200+ and then I get kicked with "client timeout". I'm playing with friends that are in the same state and nobody else has that issue. Prior to the update, it was fine.
