no, gale is a mod manager, it will allow you to run mods on your game with easier to understand UI and file managment, it doesnt change the files of repo itself so you can run it normally too, and it allows you to download mods via thunderstore without going to the website

the sledge deals 150. but against enemies it stuns like huntsman. its effectively 175

it does a ground bonk the moment it hits them. so when you hit with sledge you actually deal 150+25 on impact then you get the stun and knockback damage which is 1 or two hits so you get 150+25+25+25 and then you use strength to do the last one or two impacts

-Im NOT a professional take this with a grain of salt!- however if I understand basic modding, it would depend on the mod and what files the update tweaks or adds to the game within the new update.

-They are currently teasing new monsters and map updates so if anything the only mods that PROBABLY have the highest chances of not working are possibly Map mods/Monster tweaking mods, everything else is up to speculation.

-If all else modders will probably or eventually release an update to patch anything that needs fixing, for the mod to be compatible. May take a few days or so if anything.

Out of 98 mods I have uploaded atm, I think about 5-8 may "break". But that's because I don't rely on many dependencies and code is mostly all custom.

If you broke enough items and cannot kill enemies (or exhausted the 3 orbs per enemy limit) then yeah you lose

though this should never happen unless you get like a level 3 piano or some other absurd value item early on and cant move it.

Still in these situations the extracts are low enough that the rest of the items + a few thousand of monster orbs should be enough to at least not softlock
