Any prior staff or moderation experience?
Former senior game master on Corvax.
Former head admin on Reserve.
Former maintainer on Monolith. -
Have you ever been banned from Monolith? If yes, explain why. no, not even a single note
-
How has your experience been with Monolith staff? Be honest—this helps us improve.
its good, didn't had any conflicts with staff team. -
Why do you want to be an admin, and what would you contribute to the team?
netspeak and fail roleplay are major problems on monolith, mostly because of small amount of admins. Admin activity is also pretty low in my timezone (UTC+3). -
If accepted, is there anything you'd like to change or improve about the current staff team?
prob somehow improve trialmin education so we wont have cases of fullmin doing stupid things. -
What do you think is key to maintaining a good staff reputation?
use common sense
respect players
properly handle ahelps. (im serious, if you're gonna act in ahelp like a crybaby expect the screenshot of it being reposted in all metacords over the world)
don't go for admin duty if you're feeling yourself bad.

- Either tell a story about a time a player broke the rules, or make one up (could be anything; the more thoughtful, the better). What did you do, or what would you do in that case?
this one is made up but probably will be relevant.
some random player found an exploit that lets them to produce unfair amount of money. exploit wasn't detected before, not one knew about it from the staff team.
round ended, i see that they earned 20m$ (taxed, so ~300-500m$ actually).
ahelp them, asking how exactly they earned such large amount of money in 1 shift. the punishment now depends on the response.
- Player disclosed the exploit and explained how to recreate it.
Tell them that their profits will be wiped, but they wont be punished OOC for first-offence exploit usage. Leave a secret note that they used this specific exploit. Inform both staff teams about the exploit.- Player doesn't want to disclose the exploit | Player left after being ahelped
Issue a game ban (Core rule 3, which is 1w for first offence i think?), wipe their bank account. Check their logs to see how exactly they earned such huge amount of money. Consult with maints.
- Two senior admins are publicly breaking community rules and arguing. The head admin is offline. What do you do?
not much i can do since their roles being above mine wont let me shut them up, but:
- ping them in staffcord, telling to stop being stupid and atleast move their argument to DMs/staffcord.
- DM offline headmin (in any case, doesn't matter if they stopped or not), tell them the details - Who argued, What the topic of argument was, Screenshots and message links related to the case, what they did after i told them to stop/move the argument somewhere else.

- You receive an ahelp about a new rogue-role player attacking others without clear reason. No prior notes on them. What are your next steps?
assuming its pdv rahk and assuming that it has enough playtime to not count as a raider (10h+).
tpto to them, check whats happening (also check logs). if its an active infantry combat (an actual combat, not player killing unarmed personel), wait till situation calms down a little, then ahelp.
ask them what they were doing and why.
- Player told me that they though that it is an antagonist role
explain them what faction roles are and who you are actually supposed to fight against. Direct them to escalation rules (CR1, CR3). leave a note about them breaking CR1 due to misunderstanding the role AND being informed of what the role actually has to do.- Player ignored the ahelp and continued to frag civilians (i guess) | Player left after being ahelped
Issue a game ban (CR1) with duration depending on severity

team switch..
autobalanced smh
real

forgot that there wasn't an age restriction here, looked like a clown. Overall I really like your responses! It shows that you've used the dev tools!
