are you shooting them with a crossbow or are you trying to throw them by hand
is the issue the lack of it being affected by gravity or the fact it won't hurt anyone when thrown by hand

just log in, spawn a bolt, an arrow, a mini syrigue and try to load it and move when it's your inventory
